Finance Administrator

37hrs per week, all year round.

Worle Community School are looking to appoint an organised Finance Administrator to undertake day-to-day administration of the School’s finances and to support the Finance Department.

Duties will include processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and day to day administration for the Finance team. Previous experience is welcomed, but not essential.

The successful applicant will have excellent administrative skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Excel. It is important post holder will have the ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines and to follow both verbal and written instructions. A customer service focused approach and a keen eye for detail are also essential.

Lunchtime Supervisors

School:                       Worle Community School

Hours:                         7.5 per week  (12.25pm – 1.55pm, 5 days per week)

Contract:                    Permanent, Term Time Only (38 weeks per year)

Salary:                         JG1C, £14,975 pro rated per annum (equivalent to £7.66 per hour)

We have recently moved to split lunches, extending our lunchbreak period at the school and thereby increasing our need for Lunchbreak Supervisors.  We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team, supervising and supporting our students during their lunch breaks.

A free lunch, to be taken between 12.00pm and 12.25pm will be available, from our outstanding Refectory.

We welcome applications for part time work (less than 5 days).
